About

I'm a business analyst, applied AI researcher and builder, based in Scotland. I spent six-plus years in digital transformation and requirements engineering in the UK and Nigeria, working out what organisations actually need before anyone writes a line of code.

That habit shapes how I look at AI: I care less about whether a system produces an impressive answer and more about whether anyone can show the answer is right.

I'm a co-author of three papers on multi-agent evaluation and causal reasoning. One is published by IEEE (AAIML 2026); two have been accepted at ICSRS 2026 and are awaiting publication. I'm a Professional Member of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.

What I write about#

  • Evaluating AI agents
  • Multi-agent systems and causal reasoning
  • Building voice agents: design, guardrails and failure modes
  • AI implementation in real organisations, through the business-analysis lens
  • UK and Scottish AI: policy, ecosystem and what it means in practice

Who it's for#

Practitioners and decision-makers who have to put AI into real work: AI engineers, product and delivery teams, business analysts, and technology leaders who are asked to sign off AI output. I aim to be technical enough to be credible to engineers and plain enough for a semi-technical reader.
